Appeal only when you have valid grounds

Appeals should be limited to circumstances in which the parking ticket was issued in error, i.e. you did not commit a violation.

Your personal opinion is that the parking rules are unfair or there is insufficient parking on campus is not a legitimate basis for appeal.  A lost citation, forgetfulness, parking only for a short period, repeated failure to display parking permit, and/or not seeing the signs are unacceptable grounds for appeal.
