For those students with an interest in research, we offer several opportunities to work within the department. Our laboratories are new and our equipment is up-to-date so students may gain hands on experience that is in touch with their futures. Our faculty have diverse research interests and work with students on projects that will give students the opportunity to develop as independent scientists. The knowledge and confidence gained by working one-on-one with faculty members is often cited by students as the most valuable and meaningful experience of their undergraduate careers.
