Investigates traditional and modern tribal concepts and practices of conflict resolution, as well as compares and contrasts these approaches and theories with legal system mediation.

Workplace Dispute Resolution

Explores sources of conflicts, diagnosis skills and intervention skills in workplace disputes including mediation, arbitration, union practices, group dynamics, elimination of bias, preventative employment practices, and other related topics.

Family Matters: Supporting the families of veterans

For a large number of service people, returning home from war and rejoining families and society proves to be a daunting challenge. Fundamental personal changes experienced by veterans and their family members often are not addressed. In these sessions we examine information and resources to help veterans and their families deal with the life changes and challenges of homecoming.

This course will present information regarding the recognition, reality and treatment of ADHD. Information will be presented to help understand what ADHD really is, how it affects children and adults, what causes it and what can be done to help people with ADHD.
