Most financial institutions, public lenders and the SBA require a sound business plan. The Entrepreneurial Training Program is a business planning course developed for existing businesses and start-up entrepreneurs. It includes eight weekly evening sessions.

Financial schedules and Record-keeping
Legal issues
State regulations
Employee staffing
Hiring consultants

Class broadcast live via ITV from Superior, WI

This program is for:

Existing business owners and managers
Start-up entrepreneurs
People with inventions and innovations they want to bring to market

Participants must be:

Fluent in MS Office software, including Excel and Word
Familiar with terms of WI Department of Commerce Tuition Grant
Willing to devote 8 hours per week to assignments in addition to class time

Do you want to start a business, but wonder what you need to know to get started? Come to our two-hour "First Steps to Starting Your Own Business" session. Sessions are offered for $25.00 at the following locations:
