These workshops and classes are designed for area mediators and conflict resolvers who need to fulfill ongoing professional education, as well as those who are interested in becoming more effective in communicating with others and in resolving problems between people and groups.

Examines the theory and practice of Restorative Justice cross culturally as well as within the American context. The course focuses on a variety of situations in which people get harmed (e.g. property and violent offenses) and a remedy is sought to make the person "whole" again.
Tribal Mediation & Conflict Resolution
Investigates traditional and modern tribal concepts and practices of conflict resolution, as well as compares and contrasts these approaches and theories with legal system mediation.
