We would like to link your name to your own personal UWS Alumni web page which we will create for you.  On your UWS Web page you will have the option to include any of the following information.  Everything other than your name is OPTIONAL.

If you would like to include a photo of yourself, please send a digital photograph with your email reply.  Information on your alumni web page can be changed at any time by simply contacting our Web Master from this page.  If you would like your web page link removed from our site, simply email our Web Master and place "Delete My Web Page" in the email subject.

To ADD, UPDATE or DELETE your web page please highlight, copy and paste the above categories into an email to the Web Master.  Edit the email by adding your personal information, enter "Alumni" in the subject and then send.  You will be contacted by email shortly thereafter to verify your request.
